What variable to use for CreatedBy or User_id

Hello!
I’ve been trying to find the way to identify the user who creates an order from a draft order.
I’m trying to make a flow that checks for errors made by our customer services staff and then contacts them with the details so they can amend them soon.
Is there any variable, like Created By or User_id available? I can’t find any, and as the information is in the order I’m expecting to see it available but so far, I’ve been going in circles.
Otherwise, is there any other way to automatically identify the order creator?

That field is not available in the API, so Flow cannot use it.
