What wholesale app can set up monthly orders for gyms?

Hi All!

I am looking for a wholesale app that will allow a gym, that is signed up to sell our products, to set up their clients on a monthly order.

Ideally, it would be a password protected site, that the gym can log into with their own credentials and make purchases for themselves at wholesale prices, and then set up their clients with monthly orders at a discount.

Is this something is doable with an app?
