What's the best app for checkout incentive offers?

Hi anyone here who can recommend an app that would allow our store to remind people of an incentive?
Ex. Spend $50 more to get our incentive? How was your experience using the app?

Something like the purple panel notification below.

Thanks for your patience, there are tons of apps, that can help you to announce freebies but you can also set a coupon code or the promo should base on shipping.

NOTE: Make sure you announced at the header of your website for customers’ quick notice.
