Thank you for the response. We are talking about two different things 
It’s not about what the user can upload. It’s about if we can get multiple files (text, images, background) from your app sent to us so we can weave the design.
We aren’t a printer, we weave cotton throws, so our needs are very different than others.
The photo attached has two types of text and a background image. For us to weave this we would need 3 files from the plugin. 1 for “Our Special Place”, another for the date text, and a third file for the back ground image. Can your app send us a file for each layer? Thank you.
