I’m looking for an app that can show related/recommended products on the product page, cart, checkout page, etc.
For example, if a customer sees a camera, I want the app to recommend camera bags, memory cards, tripods, lenses, etc. However, the apps that I’ve found are only recommending products in the same tag, same category, from the purchase history, etc.
Would you recommend any apps that can do the job?

To address your concern, I recommend trying out the Searchanise Upsell & Marketing app.
It offers various product recommendation types, and one particularly effective option is Customers Also Bought. This feature suggests complementary products to the ones your customers are viewing. Initially, you may need to manually input some products, but as the app gathers more data from your store, it will display the most relevant suggestions.
Explore the different widgets available and test which ones work best for your store.

I recommend using the Upsell & Cross Sell app.
You also create upsell and cross sell offers on your product page, cart page, post purchase, & thank you page:
Click add to cart:
Click checkout button:
Post purchase:
Thank you page:
You can add discount for these upsell products. Let try it out and let me know
