What's the best app for setting up a B2B site?

Hello, I am looking to set up a separate store front to store products that we want to send out as gifts to customers.

We aim to do this so these specific products are visible to the public and are also available at low to no cost for us to be able to ship out.

Any help on this would be appreciated and if there is a work around for this that doesn’t include an app that would be welcomed as well.
