I’m looking for an app which will allow me to share files organised into folders with store visitors, can anyone recommend something like this?
Alternatively I could try find an app which embeds a google drive folder or dropbox into a page?
I will make this page restricted to members only with another app I already use. Thanks!
You can manage product data with Syncee’s DataFeed Manager solution, you can upload the data to any store. With DataFeed Manager, you can upload products from the most popular file sources like URL, (S)FTP, Google Drive, Google Docs, OneDrive, Dropbox. If you have an API or SOAP connection, you can also upload and update products.

What type of files exactly do you want to upload/share? Text, images or something else?

Videos and PDF’s, but the videos can’t be YouTube or Vimeo as they need to be private for paying customers with memberships.
It sounds like the File Search Bar & Library MP app could work for you.
The files are to be uploaded and hosted on Shopify directly, and you can pick which Shopify hosted files to be shown in the embedded widget. There is keyword search and file category (akin to Dropbox folder) in the widget to keep the files organized and discoverable.
From here, the widget can be embedded either in a page or in a template (using app block).
