Hi, was wondering if anyone is keen to share info? Based in Singapore (SG)

What im looking for is a APP that is able to recognise different platforms and just centralized all chat notifications / chat functions to the app

i.e.

Social media platform chats
Facebook messenger

Whatsapp

Instagram
Telegram

E commerce platform chats
Lazada

Qoo10

Shopee

Shopify
Carousell

Best case scenario :

  1. able to recognise and organise chats / where they came from

  2. Able to allow sticker / Emotes replies

  3. Has a mobile app version so that we can check chats on the go

  4. Allow quick reply / templates to be sent

  5. Allows automated reply to target a specific individual (utilising buyer’s name and order ID)

  6. Allows Mass broadcast msg to a certain group or all groups
