Hello, I live in MD(Moldova). Most payment methods and 3rd party payment providers are unavailable. Any recommendations, because the list is partially wrong. And should i use a payment provider or payments method??
Also I don’t have a registered business.

If you haven’t already, you can check out the list of payment gateway providers available in Moldova here.
As these are all third-party, non-Shopify gateways you would need to contact any of the providers you’re interested in for more info on their service.
They would be able to confirm if they require you to have a business registration as well as answer any other questions you have.
It looks like there is a version of PayPal available there too, so you may be able to offer a PayPal option to your customers in addition to any credit card gateway provider you integrate.
We would generally refer to any payment gateway such as those listed above as the payment provider or processor, whereas a card, bank transfer, etc would be referred to as a payment method.

Thanks for getting back to me here and apologies for my own delay in response while I was away from work.
Could you let me know what happens when you try to add that payment gateway you mentioned via your admin?
Is there an error message relating to it not being available when you try to set it up, or is it simply not showing among those options?
As per the list of gateways shared above, PayPal Express Checkout is the version of PayPal available where you are.
Do you see an option in the settings > payments menu to add a PayPal option underneath your main credit card gateway?
