If you are using Shopify Payments, you only need to enable a subscription app to add a subscription service to your store. There are a variety of options available, however, Recharge is definitely the most popular.

In the meantime, I had a look at your site, and its coming along nicely! One thing I would recommend though, is to add a favicon. This adds an additional touch of professionalism to your store!

I came across this SAPP Subscription app, https://apps.shopify.com/sapp-subscriptions and it seems to check all the boxes required in a subscription app, plus it has a basic analytics dashboard and automated notification. It comes with a 14-day free trial too to start with.
