Hi, I am struggling to choose the right theme for my page.
What would you guys recommend for a hot tub store?, we mostly sell in person. We would like to have more information about the hot tubs online and to greatly increase our sales of all the accessories.
What we need:
easy to navigate information page about the hot tubs. Big overview of the tubs and a good filtering system. Also to be able to quick view the tubs for a bit more information and to customize them.
good product page for any accessories like chlorine, filters and a bunch of other stuff the owners buy regularly
a subscription model for the owners, for example. every 3 months we can send them new filters.
live chat, we want to connect with the customers to offer our expertise and recommendations.

You can have customers who subscribe to your page.
For the chat you have to add an additional app, which allows you to communicate with your customers. This option is not within the templates. An additional installation of the APP STORE is required.

I feel that since you already have an established business with specific offerings that you will benefit from the investment of a developer made theme. They are a bit more robust than our free themes and offer more customization and advanced features without requiring lots of apps or add-ons.
All the themes I am suggesting here are ones that are great for organizing large catalogues, have robust search and filter options and most have great features for businesses with a physical presence as well. You definitely are not limited to these themes of course!
For a live chat feature - Shopify Inbox is free and quite robust! I definitely recommend checking it out to see if it offers the kind of features you would like in a chat tool. There are many other chat tools that range from simple to quite advanced AI responses in the app store as well.

Great question! Each theme is unique and the their prebuilt designs are part of their unique theme package. If they are made by the same developer you can contact them to see if there is an option to add that onto your current theme file, but I can’t guarantee that.
