What has happened to support? It is not available 24 hours that is for sure. I have read posts on how to get it, but it just keeps taking back to main page. NO options for email or chat available. So frustrating. I am getting errors when trying to ship. Customer service is now very poor. I have used them for years. Used to be better.
Open this link in Chrome Incognito mode. You should be able to get in contact with Chat support. Tried it a moment ago, works fine.

- Search results will be shown; if you can’t find what you’re looking, scroll down and below Get Support click Continue.
