What's the fix for a 502 bad gateway error on multiple browsers?

Getting 502 bad gateway error on multiple browsers by multiple users (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) while attempting to access Point of Sale channel. Primary web channel unaffected.

Cleared cache and cookies as recommended, no change.

Any other solution suggestions? Sales start in 2 days.
