any where in dawn theme in image section there is not measurement like how much size should be perfect to upload. can anyone help to know how to image sizes before uploading.

The Dawn theme has an option to adjust to the size of the first image.
If you are talking about smaller screens, I recommend using the ratio and not the size. Shopify also have a nice blog about image sizes.
