My merchant is currently subscribing to Shopify Plan.
Recently, they have had a problem with shipping and chose a public app to integrate to. This app is required the merchant to activate Carrier Service API.
I’ve read this article and found this note: “If you’re on the Shopify plan, then you can add this feature for a monthly fee or switch from monthly to yearly billing. For more information, contact Shopify Support.”
My question are:
- If my merchant still subscribe to Shopify Plan, what would be the extra fee to be charged each month to activate this API?
- Does switching from monthly to yearly billing make this activation free for Shopify plan subscription?
