What's the optimal blog post image size for SEO in Refresh Theme?

Hi there,

I am using the Refresh Theme and would like to know what the best blog post image size is for SEO?

It appears the Refresh demo theme uses several different sizes that crop to fit on their blog post here:

What size would you recommend I use. I am alright with it cropping on my blog post’s as long as it’s sized correctly for a blog. Thanks! This will be my first blog post.
