What is the best solution for Shipping Address Validation?

I am looking for a good quality app (or third-party solution to build an app) that can validate postal address globally. I have searched the app store but many of the apps available don’t seem to offer what we are looking for. The only one that comes close is Shipping Address Validator.

What we are looking for is a solution where we can validate international addresses, block PO box addresses. And something that can work on the Standard Shopify Plan - Not Shopify Plus.

I would be interested to learn what other merchants are doing to tackle this issue.
