Have you recently added any new third party apps or custom code to your theme? From your screenshot, it looks like some code may have caused this particular appearance on the page.
Are you seeing this only on the desktop view of your theme, or is mobile view also affected?
I had a look at the website myself, and I wanted make sure that I am in the right place - were you referring to the Login page where a customer can access their own customer account? It seems to appear as normal for me:

While I was having a look into this, I had a chance to browse your store, it looks great! Your About us page really adds a lot of personality to your family owned business, which is something that from a customer’s perspective is always refreshing to see (kind of like the products themselves, very refreshing)!
