What's your experience with consignment apps for retail stores?

I would love to get a demo of your app, is there a way we can set this up? I can be emailed at bryan@talkinbaseball.com. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Hi Bryan, I just responded to your email. Thanks!

Hello! Sorry I missed this message. Visceral Consignment offers demos I believe… contact them directly. And beyond that, feel free to reach out to me about any reference questions.

Hi all. I’ve just released a new shopify app to manage consignment, called Consignify. I built this for my wife’s second-hand shop, and she’s been using it for about 8 months. We decided others might like it as well, so I’ve put a good deal of effort into polishing, hardening, and documenting it, and it’s now available on the App Store.

It’s brand new and I’d love to get some early users (aside from our own store) to try it and give feedback on what works well, and what’s needed to make it as useful as possible for your workflows. I’ve got it set with a generous 60 day trial, and I can help with data migration for the first users (I’ll update the docs as I go to help others do the same). I can also offer discounts for the first year to users willing to give feedback and work with me to improve the app. I’d love to make Consignify the gold standard for consignment on Shopify!

I would just add that Consignify should work well for shops that sell new products as well as second hand. Products are managed in the usual Shopify admin – Consignify just allows for consignor information to be attached to products (in Shopify), and the sales and commissions tracked. Restocking, inventory, variant management, and all the usual Shopify stuff doesn’t change at all. @BrennaCGCo – I’m two years late but this might be along the lines of what you were looking for? If not, I’m open to your thoughts on what might be missing for shops like yours.
