Hello there, I would like to know if there is a way for me to edit the Order details customers receive via Whatsapp to reflect the discounted price per item instead of the original price. I’ve manually created an invoice with a discount of $16/item for Glenfiddich 12 but in the Whatsapp order details that my customer receives, the discounted price isn’t reflected.
Which integration you’re using because the fix is different depending on that.
I’m using the Whatsapp app in Shopify.
If you’re using Shopify’s native WhatsApp channel then the notification templates are controlled by Shopify and Meta directly. You don’t have access to edit the message content.
Use any third party app which allows custom templates instead.
Could you give me some suggestions for third party pass which allows custom templates?
