I added a button that opens a WhatsApp chat in the order confirmation email notification template. I tried to insert a pre-filled message in the link that would serve as the first message in the chat. I used the variable{{order_number}}, but there is an abnormal inconsistency. The correct order number is 9999, while the{{order_number}}written in the automatic WhatsApp message is ‘1234’. Where am I going wrong?
