When customizing my Check Out page it says there are no sections

When I am in CUSTOMIZE and on the CHECKOUT page it says there are no sections…
I have successfully changes all of my other pages but the Checkout page has no options to change and no ability to add sections…Ideas?

Dawn theme does not allow customization on the checkout page. If you are using an app for the functionality. it can be possible.
