When do I receive my shopify refund?

One of my store has been re-activated by mistake and I have closed it the same day. Before I close the store I spoke with a shopify advisor/agent who says refund is possible but I needed to close the store first so I can request a refund, which I’ve done. This was on December 3rd, today is December 17th and I didn’t receive a refund, nor have I received a response to the mails I’ve sent to support@shopify.com

The name of the support advisor I spoke to is Jerrelyn W.

The ticket number is: 34700638

Does anyone know how I can contact shopify support and receive my refund?

I’m not able to see your account or billing information over the Shopify Community, but if you request support through this page and share what you’ve explained here, our live support team will be able to look into this with you going forward.

We no longer have an email address you can email directly to contact support, so emailing support@shopify.com directly will not create a support ticket. That being said, you can still receive email, phone, or chat support by following these steps:

  1. Start on this page.
  2. Log in to your account. If you’re not able to log in, you can select I don’t have an account to request support instead.
  3. Select a topic most related to your question or problem.
