One of my store has been re-activated by mistake and I have closed it the same day. Before I close the store I spoke with a shopify advisor/agent who says refund is possible but I needed to close the store first so I can request a refund, which I’ve done. This was on December 3rd, today is December 17th and I didn’t receive a refund, nor have I received a response to the mails I’ve sent to support@shopify.com
