I am trying to download my theme. Shopify prompts that it will send the files to an email that I no longer have. I cannot do anything to update it as I’ve already updated all possible emails (owner, ALL staff accounts, general shop settings etc.) are already updated to a newer email. I’ve tried everything but I think this is a bug. Any ideas?
