Hello, I have added a discount coupon to my store that is valid on all products, but it gives such an error when there is more than one product in the cart. Can you help me, I’m using the app, does this have anything to do with it?
@zerotwo , this looks like there’s an existing discount already applied and you’re getting this error when trying to add another discount code during checkout. Can you check if you’ve configured the 2 discounts to be combinable?
What I am trying to do is that people get the coupon after entering their e-mail information, and yes, there is a 2nd discount campaign, and I do this with the bundle application and it automatically applies the discount. What do you mean by combining two discounts? What I want to do is to automatically apply a discount in the cart after people buy 2 or more items. I also want them to enter their email and get an extra 10% off coupon.
