Until Friday I have the option “Cash on delivery”. Now the only way to choose cash on delivery is to save the order as draft, then go to the draft order, click create order and choose from the pop up message the “expected payment method”
I think that’s due to the interface change from Shopify. API hasn’t changed yet. Can you share more about your problem so I can help you better. If you have lots of orders to click manually, maybe consider writing a custom app to do that.
And you will be able to select COD to create a normal COD order. Unfortunately while the previous flow was faster, it’s not available anymore so this is the only way to recreate it with the new draft orders from Shopify!
Hi! The Payment due later option is the way to create a draft order that requires manual payment collection. Once the order is created and you have received payment, you’ll have the option to manually mark the order as Paid. To collect a payment, you can send an invoice to your customer with a checkout link, and they will see any manual payment methods you have enabled at checkout.
