Hi! when I go to a certain product page my store freezes up and a popup comes up saying the page is unresponsive. I have no clue why this is happening. please help. my url is

Because with this link in the theme preview, we can’t see anything.

@Anonymous it’s happening in the backend of my shopify when I go to customize my site. it’s not saying I have a broken html or something like that

This is really the wrong forum for this question. Also I think in this case you’re justified in contacting support shopify directly.
