I can see the but perhaps google not crawl it.

If you haven’t already, submit your website to Google Search Console and request a re-crawl of your website. This will help Google update its cache with your latest meta description.

just noticed meta name = description. Does it actually say description and not my website? Thank for the help

This is a correct meta.
If you connected with the google search console, then you can resubmit/ re crawl it. It max take 24 hour in most cases to recrawl.

If this not solved the problem then you may need to check the code with some SEO Expert
