Here is what my customers see. I have sent numerous email to Shopify and to no avail, they are simply ignored.
Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening.
I have tried deleting and uploading new images, that does not work.

@srv I checked the problem is in collection template file, code is tempered that responsible for showing product image on collection page. need to fix.
