Hello,

When the add to cart button is clicked on the shopify product detail page, it remains on the product detail page.

I am looking for help with my store. I am looking to give customers the option to remain on the product page after they have added a product to their cart. At the moment customers are automatically redirected to the basket/checkout.

I have searched several guides to add the coding, but none of them seem to be working.

Could someone please advise where I’m going wrong?

Hello @webhuus ,

As I understand you are looking to implement a functionality so your customers will not redirect to the cart page, on adding of each product.

To resolve the issue of redirection from product detail page to cart page on adding of product, we have to change the JavaScript of the respective default redirection functionality from product detail page to cart page that shopify are providing.

I suggest you to hire a shopify developer for resolving this issue as it may be difficult for you to resolve the issue at your end.
