I have ordered 12 Kurtis but not delivered. When will my order deliver? Or refund the money in original mode of payment.

I appreciate that you have brought this to our attention. As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, it would be best to speak directly with the business that you have made a purchase from. Typically, the online store will have a Contact Us page link towards the footer of the site.
Reaching out to the business that you have made a purchase from would be the best method to get further updates.
