Our Shopify Payments team is hard at work to launch Shopify Payments in new regions; however, we’re unable to provide guarantees or specific guidelines on if/when Shopify Payments will be launched to a new country. That said, I have added your vote to the existing request for Israel so our teams know there is further interest in launching in your region.
In the meantime, using one of the approved payment providers for Israel will be the best workaround.
