Whenever I press the button (facet), an outline appears. How can I remove this?

It is quite weird. Inside component-facets.css, the class appears lots of times, and I have tried everything, including deleting everything and writing

content: none;

Every single time that it appears in the CSS document.

Yet, there still appears a border with rounded edges every single time that I press on it.

Can someone please help me?
