Whenever I try to log in for my actual website, it says Deceptive site ahead Attackers on projectron

Is there a fix for this?

website: projectroninstore.com/

Same thing is happening to me. Its definitely something to do with Shopify as they admitted as much after 4 hours of badgering them via chat. They said its a KNOWN ISSUE they are working on but have 0 suggestions on how to fix it other than saying to have google review it. They offer no solution whatsoever. My site still isnt fixed either. We need more people to reply to this and say its happening to them so shopify will do something.

Hi, @Nothanks12 .

Welcome to the Shopify Community.

To gather some context, are you unable to log into your Shopify admin and view your storefront? If so, are you able to share a screenshot or provide further detail on what happens when you attempt to log into the admin?

When viewing your storefront on my end, using a desktop device on Google Chrome, I’m unable to replicate the issue. Please see the screenshot below.

To ensure you can access your storefront, could you try the troubleshooting methods listed below?

Troubleshooting Steps:

If you continue to experience log-in and storefront issues, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center so we can further assist.

The problem is the deceptive site warning. And because we havnt done anything to cause it we cant do anything to fix it. Multiple people are stuck with their sites down, not being shown on google, business emails shut down, losing thousands of dollars a day because Shopify changed something during their summer 23 update. This caused us to get flagged. But shopify made the changes not us.
SO we also cant FIX THE CHANGES because there isnt anything wrong with the site itself.

Please give us a way to fix the issues caused by your changes

Hi, @BLR .

Thank you for your earlier message.

I understand you’re also experiencing an issue with a deceptive site warning error message. I can definitely understand the impact this has on your business and customers. Rest assured, I’ll do my best to guide you in the right direction to receive assistance.

You mentioned that you communicated with our support team. Are you able to locate your support ticket within your email inbox and reply directly to it? I recommend this as we are unable to have visibility into your account via our community forum. It would be best to reply directly to your support ticket as our team has access to your account and they will be in the best position to continue assisting you.

Shopify, please fix this ASAP! It is terrible that you no longer provide proper customer support. You are causing great harm to small businesses who rely on our websites for income. This platform does not even support submitting a screenshot. It might be time for a mass exodus from the so-called great shopify.

This is the error message received when I try to log into my store: “Did you mean hmluxe.com?
The site you just tried to visit looks fake. Attackers sometimes mimic sites by making small, hard-to-see changes to the URL.”
