Where are the definitions found for the addtocart button found?

I am trying to add a Product Template Variation called “No Ship” that changes the “Add To Cart” button to a “Local Only” button. I’ve been successful in creating the new Product Template, but I can’t find where the “AddToCart” button is defined. Thanks!

I was able to have a Shopify expert help us with some custom code that now uses the tag “NOSHIP”, when placed on an item, turns the “Add to Cart” button into a “Local Purchase Only” button. The new button displays a popup with our address and phone number, both mobile clickable. Nice work Alex!
