Where can I find help when locked out of my account?

I can’t find where to contact support. I’m locked out of my account and I don’t know what to do.

Been a user for years this has never happened, and I don’t know how to reach shopify. It used to be easy, now it looks impossible.

Please refer to the following once you have clicked on the link provided:

  • You can log in using your store information or simply choose the “I do not have an account” option
  • Choose any of the topics presented to you
  • Scroll all the way down the page where you will see the “get support” button
  • You will then be presented with all possible queues available during this specific time

It worked once. Two days later I was locked out again and then this link
no longer works. Is there a way to get to chat directly? I have no idea
why this keeps happening.

So they helped me, and then two days later it happened again. Now I’m locked out again and the link you sent doesn’t work. Is this going to keep happening? I need them to stop locking my account from me.

Are you able to explain the errors you are experiencing when accessing the link above? I was able to utilize it without issue.

And I definitely hear and feel your frustrations about this matter but I recommend having this conversation with whomever you are intercting with about your account as they can speak on why this is happening again on your end. This information is not something we have access to over social channels.
