When providing information on your brand and products, you will want to explain the benefits of your product and how it can solve a problem for potential customers. I recommend asking yourself a few questions such as:

  • Why is my product important?
  • Why should other people buy it? Does it have specific benefits or features?
  • How is it different? Or how do you stand out from other businesses?

For example, soaps can be advertised to be hand made with only organic products. There can be different benefits of the various types of soaps being sold (i.e for dry skin, for exfoliating, etc) that target specific customers. All this information would be essential to a new customer and will want to be available on the homepage of the storefront.
