Where can I find the link to technical support for account issues?

Where is the link to your own technical support? I have been trying to log into my account to work but it is asking me to enter the authentication code. I’m not receiving any codes from your system and the phone number listed is correct. I clicked resend a hundred times already!

I don’t see any links to “contact live chat” or “email support” the website is ass.

Since you’re facing an account issue, So you’ll need to click on Account and then you’ll have to click on Logging in. After that, you will have these options below. You can select an option depending on how you would like to be assisted.

I’m sorry, I’m already logged in for 2hrs and nothing happens. See screenshot below.

I also tried this on Google Chrome and I keep on getting the same result. There’s no button for Live Chat at all

I’m trying to log into my work email admin account for Nanoleaf.

It is asking me for the authentication code but I’m not receiving anything thru text. The number on file is correct. I need to login right now to do my job :disappointed_face:

There’s no live chat button anywhere and all troubleshooting that I have done so far doesn’t work.
