I’m new to shopify and trying to set up the shop. I was unable to find Product Reviews app made by Shopify when I try to search in Apps page. Can anyone please let me know how to get the app installed?

Our reviews app called Kooee Reviews is a great alternative.

There is a free plan that is sufficient for most stores and a Pro plan if you are after more advanced functionality.
You can also import the Product Reviews CSV straight in, without any need to reformat it.

It does not have any review app developed by Shopify but you can try to using other reviews app developed by Shopify partners in Shopify app store
