When I first signed up for a store I saw something that said shopify created 2 emails for your store? I can not find those now? Please advise?

I am not sure by your question if you mean an email address provided by Shopify or specific types of emails that are sent out by your store.
You are not provided a custom email address to send your emails with but you can setup your own or if you are using a domain hosted by Shopify you can also set up a vanity email address with email forwarding. You can read more about that in our Help Center here: Setting up email forwarding for a Shopify-managed custom domain · Shopify Help Center and I’d be happy to go into that in more detail as well.
For emails sent out by Shopify on your behalf, your customers will receive order confirmation emails, abandoned cart emails, shipping confirmation emails and refund emails. You can find the templates for all the Shopify created emails in your store admin under Settings > Notifications.

Is your domain @aauvehicleacc.com hosted by Shopify or an outside domain host?
In your admin under Settings > Domains, you can click on the Shopify hosted domain and see all the email addresses setup for email forwarding. These email addresses are vanity emails only and when a customer sends an email to that address it is forwarded to your personal email account for a reply. Shopify does not provide email hosting, only email forwarding.
