If you’re using the Shopify Privacy and Compliance app, then you can follow these steps to customize the cookie consent banner. However, if you’re using a third-party app for the GDPR cookies consent banner, then you may need to explore the app for any customization settings. Should you need to get help with third-party apps, then the app developers are always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app pages.
Some themes may also come included with some form of GDPR cookies consent feature so if you’re using one of these themes, then you can check the theme settings for any customization options.
If you’re unable to find where to customize the text, then I’d be happy to take a closer look once I have more information. Can you clarify if you’re using an app for the GDPR banner or does it come included with your theme? If so, what’s the name of the app or theme?
