Where can i see the status of my payments?

Hi!,

I’ve made a test order on my store to check that everything is functional, and made the payment.

So now i want to see what is the status of my payment? i see online that i can check “payouts” from settings->payments but i don’t see “payouts” anywhere, i don’t know if they changed the location of this.

Also one more question, since i am using a gateway provider, do the payments go to my provider first then to my bank account? because i am checking my account with the provider but no transactions are showing yet, i’ve made the payment on 23rd of July.

Hi @AtomicalGallant !

Are you using the Shopify payments? Because if no, the payouts status will not really show on your Shopify settings. Your payouts will show on your third-party account. I highly suggest that you reach out to your payment provider so, they can further assist you with this.
