Where can I send a notice of claimed infringement?

Is there an email address to send a NOTICE OF CLAIMED INFRINGEMENT?

The platform seems to be having a problem and is not accepting messages.

To clarify, are you looking to submit a trademark infringement notice? If so, our online form here is the most efficient way of submitting your notice to our designated agent.

If you’re having issues with submitting the notice via the online form, I recommend following the steps below to firstly rule out any potential browser caching issues:

  • Try to access the online form via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache prior to attempting to access the form again
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try accessing the form on Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop

My online business account has been disabled due to someone owning a trademark however my business is still in the process of having my business name trademarked which can take up to 7 months, i have a registered domain my account would never have been removed without my consent. The safety and trust team contacted me and I want to fight this because I to also have a trademark number that I am waiting on approval from. I am so disappointed that shopify would do this without running this by me. This is not good enough i own the domain. Please help
