Hello can someone tell me where to go in settings to set up my chat auto replies?

Are you using Shopify Inbox? You can set up first reply messages that are sent to customers automatically when they get in touch, and you can set different ones for inside and outside of your designated chat hours. You can access these by heading to the Shopify Inbox app and selecting Saved responses > First reply.
