Where can I track my ordered product sample?

I placed an order from my store to sample quality of products. I haven’t received the order. Where do I track this order I don’t see it in the regular order section. My card was charged. Please advise right away.

It sounds as though you are dropshipping, is that correct?

When you placed an order on your store, the Shopify system charged you for the product from your store. Then, you need to place the order yourself with the dropshipper directly so that the order is initiated on their end. Unless the dropship integration you’re working with has automatic fulfillment, you will need to manually order the product after each purchase. Did you ensure the order was placed with the dropshipper?

My question wasn’t how to do it. I need to know how I could track it since it was an order as a customer. I have received the items now but I still need to know for future reference.

Wherever you typically manage your customers orders from the dropshipper is where you would find the order your placed as a customer yourself. If you do not see the tracking information for your order within the dropshipping application, you will need to contact your supplier directly.
