To remain an “active partner” we need to complete a referral every 12 months. The date by which we need to complete an activity used to show up on the referrals page, but it’s not there anymore… From Shopify’s help page it says:

“You can view the date that you need to complete another activity by on the Referrals page of the Partner Dashboard.”

But when I go there I can’t see any date… any ideas?

I had a site recently upgrade to Shopify Plus so I’m wondering if that counts, however the “referral” date in my Referrals page says “December 1 2022” so I’m not sure…

Hey Andy,

If you click into “referral history” (under the main “referrals” link, in the left-hand menu), then you can view a list of your most recent referrals.

The referral at the top of the list is going to be your most recent one. A year from that date is probably what you’re working with.

I don’t think that having a store upgrade plans counts towards a new referral. I also had a store recently upgrade to Plus, and their referral date still shows the original date.
