I have been working with the Shopify Customer Accounts API since the last few Weeks and would like to give Feedback/My thoughts of it to the Team at Shopify, what they did great, where they still need to work, etc. My question is, where should I do that. A quick Google search only grought up something for the Storefront API.

Best place is the Shopify Developer Community or the Shopify GitHub repos for the Customer Accounts / APIs.
You can also submit feedback through a Partner Support ticket and ask them to route it to the product team. That’s usually the most direct way to get it seen.
