Where do I request to add a new Province to Italy

When entering an Italian address on the Shipping address form, the province of Sud Sardegna, is missing from the list: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provincia_del_Sud_Sardegna

It is a relatively new province, it was created in 2017, but it needs to be added as many times packages dont arrive without the correct province added.

Where do I request it to be added to the list?

Hi,

I didn’t manage as I am not a store owner, but a buyer that buys a lot of shopify stores. I got stuck in the process as the assistant asks me to select a store. Do you think you can submit this request on my behalf?
