So a customer wanted to add to his order, I created an invoice with his discount, etc… I had it emailed to him and cc’d to me. Where do I see this invoice on Shopify. I do not see it on my orders page no matter what filters I use. Can someone help.?

I’d love to help you out with this concern. @Maryanne , did you create a draft order for the customer? If you did, you will likely find the invoice in the Drafts page. If the customer hasn’t paid for it yet, it will stay there until it is marked as paid. Once a draft order is marked as paid, it will become an order and that’s when you’ll find it in the Orders page.
If you’re unsure where to find the Drafts page, you can follow the steps below.
In your Shopify admin, click Orders.
Click Drafts underneath Orders on the sidebar.
