Where Do You Get Updates on Shopify Payment Hold Tickets?

My account is “undergoing standard review” and I am unable to speak to anyone from the “specialized team?” or track the progress of my ticket (I frankly don’t know how to or if the functionality exists). This is a small business and we had to pause our traffic-planning activities in order to not get sales that we are unable to reinvest in its growth.

How do you track your ticket? I was told I would get an email but have not received same. Where do I go from here?

I can appreciate the lack of updates may cause concern! There is no way to track the progress of your ticket with support however you will receive an email update on that ticket number.

I understand that you are awaiting an update from our team and I thank you for your patience. Your ticket is in the right place and will be addressed soon. Our escalated support teams generally respond within 3-5 business days, but at times that can take longer. Rest assured they understand the importance and will be back to you as soon as possible.

If you’d like to check for an update you can always reply to that email on the ticket to see if there are any new updates - however our escalated support will reach out in due course.
